1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting the Omega Mail Pro service, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions described herein. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the service.

2. Services Provided

Omega Service Prime provides professional email accounts with webmail, IMAP/SMTP support, anti-spam protection, and storage on our own servers in Brazil. The contracted plan defines the number of accounts, features, and support level.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to: (a) not use the service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity; (b) not share access credentials; (c) keep registration data up to date; (d) use the service in accordance with Brazilian law; (e) not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

4. User Rights

The user is entitled to: (a) access to the service according to the contracted plan; (b) technical support through indicated channels; (c) privacy of communications, within the limits of the law; (d) cancellation of the service at any time; (e) proportional refund in case of cancellation within the warranty period, when applicable.

5. Email Retention Policy

To maintain service quality and optimize resource usage, we adopt the following practices: (a) Unread emails older than 90 (ninety) days in the Inbox will be automatically removed from the server; (b) Emails in the SPAM folder older than 30 (thirty) days will be permanently deleted; (c) Read emails kept by the user in custom folders are not affected by this policy. We recommend that users regularly check their inbox and SPAM folder to avoid losing important messages.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Omega Service Prime processes user personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Provided data is used exclusively for service delivery, billing, and support. We do not share data with third parties without express authorization, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omega Service Prime is not liable for: (a) damages arising from improper use of the service by the user; (b) loss of content due to non-compliance with the retention policy; (c) interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control; (d) content sent or received by the user. The service is provided "as is", within best efforts of availability and performance.

8. Cancellation and Termination

The user may request cancellation at any time via support. Omega Service Prime reserves the right to terminate the service immediately in case of violation of these terms, misuse, or default. In case of termination by us due to violation of terms, no refund will be given.

9. General Provisions

These terms may be changed at any time, upon prior notice to registered users. The failure to exercise any right by Omega Service Prime does not constitute a waiver. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Goiânia, GO, Brazil.
